To use and keep
"Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives."
— Bessel van der Kolk
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for adults who need more than weekly therapy but are not severe enough to need hospitalisation.
I need more support
Your symptoms are preventing you from functioning in some way. Maybe work or family life is being impacted because of mental health or addiction and you need help that goes beyond weekly therapy. You need structured, intensive support before things get harder.
I have just finished acute care
You've recently come through acute care and need a supported bridge back into daily life with adequate support and constructive integration so life can feel like it's easier to navigate.
Families & Friends
You're supporting someone you love through mental health or addiction. We hold you too, with your own sessions and resources.
No referral required.
You can self-refer or come through your GP. Either way, we'll have a conversation first to make sure the program is the right fit for where you are right now.

Scott McKay
Therapist
MA(Oxon) MSocWk AMHSW
Scott initially began his career as a lawyer, after graduating from Oxford University, but increasingly found fulfilment in volunteering to legally represent the disadvantaged and working with the homeless population. In his 20s this led to a deep curiosity in our human experience and how we navigate and transcend the inevitable challenges and losses, small and great, and occasional overwhelm of our lives. Ultimately, he decided to study the approaches of clinical psychology and psychotherapeutic models to pursue a career in mental health. He is an experienced therapist with over 12 years experience working with adults and adolescents in both public and private settings. His work is shaped by a deep awareness of the inner work required to hold space for clients.
